Introducing...Tanya!

So my friend Tanya has the most terrible habit of making silly faces when one is trying to capture a photograph. Perhaps this shall teach her a lesson :P Disclaimer: No photos were used without proper permission

3 day weekend!

No work until Wednesday!!! On Friday we threw a surprise for Kat which she was not expecting; and I am happy to say that the plan was well executed. Last night I paid another visit to the oh so hospitable Rodin Residence. I am starting to feel like at least half of my posts consist of me checking in at the Rodin House. I really do enjoy the time that I spend there and cannot wait until summer when I will be able to drive there without encountering crazy rain and puddles! Anywho, we had a great time and Dasha and I definitely overstayed our welcome and left really late! A public apology goes to Maria who had to wake up really early for work and yet stayed with us the whole time!    Please enjoy the below images from the surprise party :)

20 is a Big Number

Happy Happy Happy Birthday to my dear friend Kat!!! Today she turns 20!!! Today we also celebrate our 20 years of friendship since we literally have known each other since birth! I am so truly blessed to have her in my life and am very thankful that God uses her to make me more like Him. Happy Birthday Kat!!!   For You Kat: :)

Anatomy Study Date!

Got together with the lovely Rodin sisters to help them study for anatomy since I'm not in school this quarter. Well there wasn't a whole lot of studying at this date but there was coffee and iPhone cameras present. After that we walked over to a foggy field nearby and captured some memories. P.S Please avoiding thinking and verbally expressing any comments that pertain to me not wearing any socks in this freezing weather :P

What goes around comes around

I have been working full time lately...

Awesome

So it Begins

Today was my first day at my new job- it was filled with important yet not so exciting activities. I must first face training before I can begin to be of any real use to the company. I cannot wait to get passed the beginning stages of learning everything and to finally start doing what I am employed to do. I look forward to getting to know my coworkers and building lasting relationships. I am excited about the experiences I will have and the opportunities that will come my way. I am grateful.

John MacArthur-

We don't seek to escape this life by dreaming of heaven. But we do find we can endure this life because of the certainty of heaven. Heaven is eternal. Earth is temporal. Those who fix all their affections on the fleeting things of this world are the real escapists, because they are vainly attempting to avoid facing eternity - by hiding in the fleeting shadows of things that are only transient.

Brrrrr!

Hope you all had an awesome time welcoming the New Year! Today my friend Vika and I decided to go walk at Columbia again since neither of had any other New Year's Day plans. We stayed there for only about 10 minutes because it was unbelievably freezing!!!... So we went shopping instead!
