Today was a stupendous day with many wonderful happenings. First of all, I am glad that nature finally got the memo that it is fall. Secondly, I got to wear my new rain boots today (a trivial happiness at that.) Thirdly, I went to the pumpkin patch with friends and it was good fun. We drank cider, sling shot pumpkins, hiked through a corn maze, and went on a hay ride; after which I picked the most perfect pumpkin. It's awesome to live in a place that has these kinds of events, and to have friends to enjoy them with.
And lastly...
Maria asked me to be her bridesmaid!!! She did it in the sweetest way possible, I was blown away by such a thoughtful gift and surprise. I am so honored to have an opportunity to share such a special moment with such a good friend. I am so excited for the things to come.
